Q: Are all of your products in stock?    

A: We do display products that are out of stock, to restock your products normally takes 2-3 days.
 
Q: What types of payment do you accept?    

A: We accept Credit or debit cards, Cheques or Paypal.

Q: When will my order be delivered?    

A: We aim for within 2 working days on most items subject to stock.

Q: Do I have to pay VAT ?    

If you have a long-term illness or you're disabled, you might not have to pay VAT on certain goods and services that you buy.
Not all goods and services supplied to chronically sick or disabled people are eligible for VAT relief. In general, the items covered by the VAT relief are things that are of practical help to you because of your illness or disability.
Should your purchase have vat on it please complete and return the vat form that comes with your receipt and we will return the vat element of your order.

Q: Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?    

A: Yes, You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.
